Effective communication is much more than just what we say. There are many components that can contribute to or diminish the quality of our connections.

In this program, we will dig into awareness of verbal, non-verbal, and behavioral communication.

We will discuss simple, applicable tips to improve communication and briefly discuss the importance of knowing various personality and communication styles.
