Every generation has their attributes. Some qualities are understood. Many have become misunderstood, misinterpreted, or placed into an incomplete stereotype.

This program has three main intentions:

1. Define and understand the characteristics and mindsets of today’s available generations.

2. Learn how to communicate effectively with those of another generation while practicing mutual respect, understanding that there are universal (behavioral) guidelines for all to follow.

3. An honest look at how our thinking, words, and behaviors affect the quality of our rapport with each other.
